What Is The Loop?

The Loop, when completed, will be a 131-mile path with parks along it running in a big loop around the city. The Loop will connect the metro Tucson areas from the Rillitto River, Santa Cruz River, Pantano River Park, with Julian Wash and the Harrison Greenway and protect users from busy streets and traffic.

Additional spurs of The Loop connect Oro Valley and Marana. Connecting to The Loop are also numerous trailheads for hiking and mountain biking as well as horseback riding. Estimates vary, but on average 20,000+ visitors are using The Loop weekly in Tucson.

The Loop was an ingenious idea created to allow Tucsonans to be able to travel freely along the natural rivers and washes and be closer to nature. Numerous parks and natural areas make The Loop a world-class path for those who appreciate Tucson's weather and scenery. Other amenities are also connected to The Loop, such as shopping, dining, coffee houses, and workplaces.

I would highly recommend Michael for any residential real estate need. I listed my home to test the market and received a contract on day 5 for just $2,400 less than my asking price. I was not prepared for such a quick sale! —Falena Reed
