The Virtual Inspection:
How AI Spots Defects in Your Photos

Before a buyer ever visits your home, an AI has already "inspected" it. Computer Vision algorithms scan your listing photos for cracks, water stains, and roof wear. If your agent's photos aren't "AI-Clean," your home gets flagged as a fixer-upper.

The Camera Doesn't Lie (But It Can Hurt You)

Insurance companies use drone data to spot roof issues. Now, real estate platforms use the same tech on your interior photos.

An average agent snaps a photo of a bedroom. They see "Natural Light." The AI sees "Ceiling discoloration consistent with HVAC leak."

The "Condition Score" Penalty

When the AI detects these visual defects, it lowers your home's backend "Condition Score." This affects two things:

1. Search Visibility

Buyers filtering for "Turnkey" or "Excellent Condition" will never see your listing. The AI filters you out to protect the user experience.

2. Valuation Cap

The algorithm automatically adjusts your estimated value down to account for the "Predicted Repairs" it spotted in the JPGs.

Our Solution: The Visual Audit

We view your home through the lens of a machine. Before we list, we perform a Visual Data Audit.

If there is a shadow on the ceiling that looks like a leak (but isn't), we fix the lighting or angle to ensure the AI reads it as "Clean." We don't hide the truth; we ensure the truth isn't distorted by bad photography.

Is your home failing the visual test?

Don't let a shadow cost you a sale. Let us audit your visual assets for AI compliance.
